In this role, you will be part of a passionate and driven team to grow the business and maximize the sales of Higher Education Solutions across assigned territories. This role will also give you the opportunity and exposure to work and collaborate with other McGraw Hill’s divisions, as well as distributors, across regions, for effective solutions to our customers. Your contribution to the team includes: Support sales and business development activities Play a role as representative call gateway by providing instructor materials/qualifying and allocating lead Conduct market research (Course adoption details / competitor information / Bookstores) and update the data every semester Manage adoption list (Update from instructor resource request) and collection feedback from instructor end of semester Cold email / cold calling / social selling for targeted promotion (e-mail blast) Request Samples(SFDC) if needed and dispatch (Print / eSamples) New Vendor/ Account creation and credit limit extend request What can you bring to the role? Experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective oral and written communication skills.
