As one of our Sales Support Coordinators, you’ll play a critical role on our Site Sales team. You will partner with our external Sales Force Members located in field sales territories, as well as internal sales representatives working within a sales division. A typical day may include making a high volume of outbound calls to our advisors to schedule meetings with our Sales Force Members. You know that scheduling critical meetings with external stakeholders requires persistence, thoughtful backup plans, and nuanced alternative options. You thrive in team settings and enjoy collaborating with others. You ask great questions, bounce ideas off others, and confidently share your perspective.

You have a solid background in sales/marketing, including cold calling.
You’ve had previous experience coordinating large complex meetings and events involving participants in multiple locations, compiling meeting agendas, reserving meeting spaces, and arranging all details.
You have a conscious process that you rely upon to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
You are highly observant and have a great amount of anticipation. This helps you prepare materials in a comprehensive manner, ensuring nothing is missed.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success.
You leverage Excel to manipulate data, answer questions and solve problems.
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $50,449-$80,718
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
