Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Account Manager by managing ad schedules related to order processing and order submittal with accuracy and timelinessEnsure materials for ad transmittal are adequate for productionRecord and maintain customer account related activity in appropriate internal systems (AdWorks)Proactively communicate relevant information to all customers, including but not limited to invoicing, after-sales support, tracking, changes and revisions, order submittal, etc.Collaborate with sales and service teams to continually improve processes and procedures to improve efficiencyMaintain positive working relationships with all contacts to promote stakeholder satisfaction and maximize performance, collaboration and execution of organizational objectivesAssist in the preparation and organizing of occasional promotional materials or email campaignsOthers duties assigned
