What you will do: Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate team members Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management Process and verify paperwork for orders, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring accuracy Utilize Mincron to match and ship tickets while maintaining proper documentation Handle cash reconciliation processes and maintain accurate records Support the sales team by assisting with basic customer inquiries and resolving minor issues when possible Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the team What you will bring: Minimum one year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork efficiently Experience working in a team-oriented environment Effective communication and follow-up skills with colleagues, customers, and vendors Basic proficiency with office software and willingness to learn new systems Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with home improvement centers or knowledge of building materials is a plus Salary Range: USD $23.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
