Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Emerging Markets team as a Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support services to customers across the Emerging Market Regions, namely Zambia, Mozambique, Eswatini, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Angola, and Namibia.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Business Managers within the Emerging Markets team, contributing to the seamless execution of operations and customer engagement.

Key Accountabilities

Maintaining a strong relationship with the customer through query resolution and proactive identification of potential issues.

Customer account reconciliations.

Conducting Online Visits and Scheduled calls and providing feedback and corrective recommendations to the customer and Business Manager.

Identification and Investigation of credit equipment balances.

Analysis and resolution of suspended movements. Investigate and resolve queries from the business & customers.

Follow up with customers and the business to ensure the recommendations are adhered.

Accurate processing of client requests on Salesforce.

General office administration and assisting in any other task as delegated by management.

Have a good understanding & business mindset to be able to analyze customer usage profile, identify areas where improvements are required and escalate these in order for customers to make better business decisions.

Consolidation of KPI reports for key group accounts and distribution thereof for Emerging Markets.

Co-ordination of emerging markets group accounts Proficiency required on systems i.e. Advanced Excel/word, Advanced Analysis and Power BI New and existing business development by:

Ensuring that relevant prospect information is obtained and all new accounts processed into the system

Participate in new business projects.

Assist BM/BR in all admin related tasks.

Work with Asset Management to schedule stock audits for all countries. Adhere to schedule and provide updates and insights to BMs and CRM,
