Based in Aubagne, you will be responsible for providing the sales team with administrative support and enhance the efficiency of the sales process between the organization and its customers and for interacting with internal and external customers.
You support the internal sales team by providing all necessary information, supporting our tools as well as training of process steps to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage the purchase of our products and services.

Work with our SPOT “SAP” & CRM “Sales force”
Answer customer enquiries
Support and preparation of quotations
Lead management Transfer of incoming leads to the right contact person or to sales functions via CRM
Collaborate in projects, e.g. internal process optimization
Review, maintenance and control of price conditions in SAP and make sure conditions on eShop & CRM become visible
Centralising information for the production of price lists & pricing groups
Processing and follow-up of literature and brochure requests as well as sample dispatch
Coordinate and processing of questionnaires
Ensuring the quality of master data in SAP & CRM (Sales relevant data)
Support with eCommerce enquiries
Customer Creation in SAP & Salesforce (Duplicate check of prospects)
Support, Coordination of reseller requests and preparation of offers
Coordination of service technician leads and calculation of bonus payments
Processing marketing promo actions
Working between the different departments of the Sartorius Group and the sales team
Supporting colleagues in the sales support department
Support in DEMO & Sampling Handling Process
What will convince us
Academic degree in business administration or similar
Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service or order processing department
Reporting skills
Service and detail oriented
Good communication and teamworking skills
Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP and any field management software
Fluent in English, French.
