Sales Support Lead Job ID 179945 Posted 26-Aug-2024 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Marketing, Sales Support Location(s) Hyderabad - Telangana - India **Job Title** Sales Management Lead **About the Role** As a CBRE Sales Management Lead, you will maximize the efficiency and delivery of services to clients by planning, scheduling, and overseeing the marketing and sales support functions for a team. This job is part of the Sales Operations. They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives. **What You’ll Do:** + Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the activities of the team members. + Review and approve expense report submissions. + Review and approve brochure, sale announcements and campaign e-blasts. + Coordinate the production and execution of property marketing campaigns that include property information materials, comparable market analyses, and targeted mailing lists. + Serve as a point of contact for the onshore Client Services Team for information requests. + Provide input for staff member’s performance review. Provide feedback and recommend recruitment, advancement, corrective action, and termination of employees. Mentor, train, and coach junior sales team members to further development. + Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. + May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives. + Have a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams. + Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. + Experience with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is a plus. + Real Estate experience preferred. + In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. + Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
