Your Opportunity:

Heinrich Envelope, a division of Taylor Corporation, is adding a Sales Support Representative in Golden Valley, MN to serve as the single point of contact for Sales Representatives, Account Managers, vendors and customers for a variety of customer related inquires. This person will play a pivotal role in the overall production of envelopes.

Your Shift: Monday to Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, in office.

Your Responsibilities:

Build relationships and be a dedicated point of contact and backup for designated accounts, Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and vendors.

Anticipate internal and external customers’ needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accurately.

Assist Sales in understanding details of products, pricing, and processes.

Accurately translate and communicate customer project requirements to production.

Document and maintain SOP’s as needed for accounts including processes between customer and operation center.

Receive complaints from sales and customers and document details in operating system. 

Resolve product or service concerns from internal and external stakeholders by determining the root cause. Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or credit, and following up to ensure resolution.

Calculate price and shipping charges as required.

You Must Have:

High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of previous customer service or customer support experience. 

Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability effectively present information one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in person or via phone.

Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks.

Excellent problem solving, follow-up, and organizational skills.

We Would Also Prefer:

Technical knowledge of commercial printing and finishing.

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of customer service such as estimating, order processing, order editing and outside vendor relations.
