The Sales Support Representative provides customer support by assisting with sales procedures. They help with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts.
Highlights of your role Knowledgeable in processing of “on behalf of” orders, quotesKnowledgeable and effective when assisting dealers/distributors with entry methods and special pricing.Understands the customer service process, warranties and processing of field service orders.Knowledgeable of order the order flow process: from customer through manufacturing to shippingAbility to manage all types of order change requests and communicate order change costs to the customer.
