Sales Support Representative
Description: The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for.. • Entering, tracking and expediting orders and releasing material for shipment • Process customer and account source documents / orders • Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data • Resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution • Communicate (via email and telephone) with customer base to handle orders, inquiries, and follow up in a prompt and professional manner • Liaise and collaborate with Order Entry, Sales, Logistics Staff, Management and outside processors as needed • Interact with internal departments and outside processors as needed • Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our system • Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, and environmental • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. • Utilize the Customer Prtale, which will setup Agents and Customers into portal so they put orders in themselves. Skills: Customer service, Customer support, Support, typing, erp system, erp, order entry, order processing Top Skills Details: Customer service,Customer support,Support,typing,erp system,erp,order entry,order processing Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must Haves: • Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills • Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence and Problem-Solving Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook • Basic computer software and hardware knowledge; faxing, printers, internet, etc. • Excellent communication skills • On time, reliable, hands on, self-motivated - to take charge/pride in their own work •ERP experience - SAP preferred Plus Haves: • Degree or continued education in business administration or relevant office duties a plus • Previous industry experience • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com, is a plus. • Experience with JD Edwards is a plus. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
