The Sales Support Representative's prime focus is to provide support to the sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working in a fast paced and unique industry the Sales Support Representative will respond to calls and emails from customers while completing a range of administrative tasks
The role is based in Florida
Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (Monday - Thursday), 9:00 - 4:45pm EST (Friday)
The opportunity
This role has a 50% inbound sales component / 50% admin and data entry component Provide support to customers regarding products, services and policies Assist customers utilizing the appropriate resources Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems. Effectively communicate with internal and external customers Stay up-to-date with new products, features and industry trends Create and process orders in a timely manner Process customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Prioritize administrative responsibilities Suggest sales process enhancements Record and report adverse reactions received from healthcare professionals and patients as per company Pharmacovigilance proceduresSkills, knowledge and abilities
College degree with science background is an asset One plus (1+) year of call center or sales support environment experience or three (3) to five (5) years customer service experience Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Ability to upsell products and services Strong listening skills, very customer focused and professional. Analytical, multitasking and time management skills Excellent team working, motivational and interpersonal skills Demonstrates values and has the ability to make connections, build trust and be authentic Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel) required Experience working with a CRM (Creatio an asset) Excellent communication skills; Fluent English (oral & written) required.What’s In It For You …
