The Sales Support Representative 3 is responsible for working closely with the field sales team and others, cross-functionally, to support overall prospect and patient engagement, sales support, meeting, and administrative responsibilities. This includes both B2B and B2C channels.
Responsibilities:
Support field sales team in efficient and effective execution of eventsCollaborate with market leader, sales team, and center administrator to develop and maintain calendar of events for assigned locations.Collaborate with market sales team to achieve results and solutions.Assisting sales leaders with meeting and eventsWorking with Meeting and Event Planning teams to assist with coordinating and organizing business meeting and events.Facilitate events, in-center and community, to promote brand awareness, retain patients, and generate new prospective patients.Utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to provide administrative support, including lead entry, tracking, and event attendance.Collaborate with and assist the sales team for events, presentations, andAct as a liaison between the sales team and cross-functional partners; compliance, marketing, etc.Create all market specific marketing requests, including but not limited to, maintenance of event management software and customizing templated collateral.Inventory management of all market level sales collateral.Ensure all programs and activities adhere to compliance guidelines/CMS regulations.Creating purchase orders as needed • Providing exceptional sales administrative support to sales team, which includes administrative/operational/support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as business needs dictate.Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications
2+ years previous sales enablement or project management experienceCustomer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality, productivity, and communication.Proficient with computers including Microsoft Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ExcelExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with little direction.Skilled relationship builderThis role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and, therefore, requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits.This is a field position, not work from home, and may require evening or weekend hours.Preferred Qualifications
