Sales Support Representative

Seeking an experienced Sales Support Representative!
Description
- Highly responsible for start to finish for the customer transaction.
- Will be the bridge between the sales rep in the field and the customer (b2b like a hospital buyer)
- Will make sure the data entry is accurate by adding the correct contract for the items from the sales rep
- Entering in the shipping address to either the sales rep or location
- Send billing to the customer
- Apply and close out the purchase orders
- Provide shipping updates to the sales rep and customer
- View external website to review PO's
- Will work with 50 clients alone
Skills & Qualifications
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of account manager/Sales support experience (more interested in someone who handles accounts or has previous sales experience)
- Any industry will work
- High School Diploma Required
- 40 emails for orders a day+ (must have this experience)
- Microsoft Excel Skills
Nice Haves:
- Heavy email skills
- case work for finding issues with orders

- Handle stress well

- Communication Skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
