This role is focused on overseeing and optimizing the order process for hospitality clients, from initial quotes to final shipment. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience by addressing client needs, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Success in this position requires collaboration with internal teams and Account Executives to create customized solutions, streamline operations, and build strong, long-term customer relationships. This is an engaging, customer-facing role that contributes directly to the success and satisfaction of hospitality clients. 

In This RoleCustomer Experience and Relationship Management \nManage all aspects of order process, from initial quote to final shipment within the hospitality category\nFacilitate seamless onboarding and deliver exceptional customer service experiences for new hospitality clients \nElevate the customer experience by proactively resolving concerns, anticipating client needs, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes for long-term satisfaction and loyalty  

\n\nProcess and Workflow \nMaintain a thorough understanding of shipping procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery while optimizing processes  \nMonitor all incoming containers and order backlog to prioritize shipment building and maximize onboarding efficiencies \nMaximize customer operational performance by providing resources and technical advice  \nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction  

\n\nTeam Collaboration and Reporting \nPartner with Account Executives to understand the unique needs of hospitality customers, gather actionable insights, and develop solutions that strengthen client relationships\nCollaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and Art Studio departments, to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and maintain a high level of customer service\nPerform other duties as assigned by management\nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person  \nEnjoy the journey \n\n\n

The Ideal Person\n3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role\nBachelor's Degree required  \nSalesforce experience strongly preferred  \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table experience)  \nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment  \nA friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment  \nStrong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently  \nAbility to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customers  \nActive and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences  \n
