Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance/support to both internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate customer accounts with topics related to technical issues and order receipts, create new opportunities and follow up of new leads. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion Business Unite in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDevelopment of current customers by coordinating with Sales teams.•\tProvide Technical Support to customers regarding applications, sales tools, products presentations, trainings and other activities related to.•\tFollow up of sales opportunities, increase pipeline and increase orders.•\tDevelopment and follow up of new leads for the business.Our team dynamicsYou will join a high skilled team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role\tYou are a Higher University Technician in Automation and Control, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Just graduated in Engineering.\tYou are interested in technology and in control and automation.\tYou enjoy working with customer service.\tYou have a methodical personality, ability to adapt to changes, and problem-solving skills.\tIf you have a previous experience (internship) in a company within the automation industry is valuable.\tYou are easy to communicate in English in an intermediate level is a plus.
