Support and manage sales with domestic and international niche retail accounts while supporting national sales teams.
Duties:
Manager as primary contact for assigned domestic and/or international niche retail accounts
Assist sales teams with national accounts
Process orders and set up accounts as the customer’s advocate
Develop strategies to introduce new products and product categories at retail
Develop proper channel and create promotion plans for that channel/account
Monitor and analyze key competitors
Develop and maintain exemplary professional relationship with internal and external customers
Conduct and present pre-and post-promotion goals and analysis
Conduct critical path forecasting to support account business model
Develop events with company that fit into the account business model
Attend and participate in continuous training with internal business teams on accounts
Act as expert to internal operations and needs to accounts to align with company objective
Identify, analyze, and present insights to POS trends within accounts
Analyze data and implement high quality solutions and actions to solve problems proactively with a customer or team
Maintain a high level of commitment to achieve results by acting with personal responsibility to decision and outcomes
Effectively communicate with variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication
Perform similar level or natator of duties as assigned
