We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding our customer relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives and engage with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive our success forward. In This Role\nDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer base within your assigned category or geographical area \nManage all aspects of orders, order fulfillment through our systems and ensuring alignment with customer needs \nMaintain a thorough understanding of shipping procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery while optimizing processes  \nDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the entire order process, from initial quote to final shipment \nDeliver exceptional customer service by resolving claims and issues effectively and efficiently \nMonitor all incoming containers and order backlog to prioritize shipment building and maximize onboarding efficiencies  \nIdentify and address customer service needs by regularly engaging with customers and Account Executives, analyzing feedback, and delivering effective solutions \nEnhance customer service quality by resolving issues, identifying trends, evaluating processes, and implementing improvements to drive continuous service excellence \nMaximize customer operational performance by providing resources and technical advice  \nCoordinate new product implementation, including presentations, training materials, and detailed product information  \nCross train within the Sales Support department and Sales team as needed \nSupport the Sales team at trade shows, assisting with order processing as needed \nBuild and maintain strong relationships across all departments, delivering exceptional internal and external customer service  \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team  \nOther duties as assigned by Management \n

The Ideal Person\n2+ years of customer service experience \nBachelor's Degree strongly preferred \nProficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel \nAbility to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment \nExhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment \nCapable of making decisions and working independently \nActive with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences\n
