As a member of the sales team, this pivotal role ensures the attainment of revenue and sales targets by taking on the responsibility of providing exceptional support to Territory Managers, as well as cultivating partnerships and relationships with our valued external customers.

Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, providing recommendations, tracing order status or product shipmentsVisit customers independently and work with Territory Managers collaboratively as needed to achieve sales goalsMaintain and build customer relationships while finding solutions to resolve customer issuesPerform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phoneEnsure ongoing accuracy of customer and product informationStay informed on present and future policies, practices, and trends within the organization and market Prepares analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the course of the sales processProvide support for Proposals and Cylinder auditsOther duties as assignedLinde Gas Equipment Inc.
