How you’ll make an impact: The Sales Support Specialist is a key member of the Sales Operations team, supporting all aspects of the sales process as well as providing support to the Vice President of Sales and members of the sales team and their clients/agencies. What you’ll do: Assist the Canada Sales team in maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with Sales members within the Programmatic Sales team. Will support the following responsibilities: ● Media Plan Development ● Post Campaign Analysis ● Ad Campaign Reporting ● Campaign Setup ● Update Sales Trackers ● Programmatic setup, reporting and optimization in collaboration with programmatic trades desks and DSPs. ● Leading the training on Programmatic and DSPs ● Support all client service leads with programmatic guidance and actionable items ● Programmatic reporting support What you’ll need: ● 2+ years proven programmatic advertising sales, operations or buy-side success and strong history of meeting or exceeding goals ● Experience working in Programmatic (DSP, Agency Trading Desk, or Publisher sales) or similarly technical media including ad networks ● Audio experience a strong plus ● Outstanding attention to detail with ability to maintain high levels of accuracy within deadline- driven environment ● Excellent communication skills ● Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ● Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Salesforce Our goal at SiriusXM is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation.
