This position reports to

Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Unit in Mexico City.You will be mainly accountable for:• Helping to prepare the technical and financial aspects of offers, including pricing and trading conditions.• Supporting the sales team by providing advice on technical solutions, products, systems and applications.• Performing diagnostics and analysis to make improvement recommendations based on customers’ needs.• Contributing technical details and perspectives in at various stages, and delivering technical presentations, drawings, and demonstrations of complex product issues.• Offering specialized training on products, solutions, and services.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Chemical, Automation Engineering or related field. 5 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge and experience in instrumentation and analytics. Previous experience or with the preparation of offers or technical proposals for automation processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel level is a must. Advanced English level.
