The Customer Sales & Support Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Distributor network by providing appropriate solutions to any issues resulting from daily customer transactions for Aftermarket Parts and/or Service.

Role and ResponsibilitiesInsure TPG is the first choice for aftermarket parts for Trackmobile equipment.Receive and process orders for parts as well as assisting customers with parts identification.Independent decision-making and creative thinking are necessary to resolve customer issues quickly.Convert quotes to sales by quick follow up and responsiveness to customer needs.Maintain positive relations with customers by providing the three “p”s:  professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude.Some travel to customer locations is required.Qualifications/SKILLS:Strong background in Customer Service, preferably in parts or equipment salesKnowledge of Trackmobile model’s history; operation and component structure would be beneficial.Ability to effectively communicate, in writing and orally.Precise attention to detailProblem-Solving AbilityKnowledge and promotion of Sales Incentive Programs to encourage Distributor performanceKnowledge of OEM-Distributor sales model preferred

Knowledge of off-highway equipment preferred
