What you will do: Handle customer requests via telephone, fax, and mail, including price quotations, product availability, orders, returns, billing corrections, and product information Address customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction Coordinate delivery and pickup of customer orders in collaboration with operations teams Prepare price quotations promptly and accurately to support sales efforts Adhere to customer financial services policies and pricing guidelines for consistency Monitor orders and anticipate additional customer requirements to ensure timely fulfillment Collaborate with branches to address inventory and delivery concerns proactively Work with replenishment teams to optimize product line and stock levels based on demand Manage cash reconciliation processes and oversee stock of tool rack items Responsible for setting up and maintaining store displays to enhance product visibility Perform any additional duties as assigned to support sales and customer service objectives What you will bring: Minimum one year of face-to-face customer service experience Prior experience in front-line customer service roles Experience working in a team-oriented environment Effective communication and follow-up skills with colleagues, customers, and vendors Ability to acquire and retain extensive product knowledge Familiarity with home improvement centers or knowledge of building materials is a plus
