This position reports to

Commercial Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Provide internal and external customer support (e.g.order fulfillment, order assistance, payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities:•\tEnsures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order deliveries, logistic, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.•\tPerform order fulfillment, logistic support and take ownership for all outgoing transaction on time.•\tResponse to customers’ enquiries on order status and delivery issues promptly with accurate information.•\tTracks regular target performance and provides results to management Coordinate with 3PL on shipment arrangement, custom clearance and logistics delivery.•\tCoordinate and update transportation information of goods between customers and suppliers.•\tEnsure job closures as per target set and ensure smooth execution of daily shipment.•\tUpdating tracking platform on a regular basis and follow up closely with the relevant parties to resolve any issues, complaints with satisfaction.•\tCoordinate with packer on special packing for fumigation, booking of shipments, prepare shipping mark, and shipping document at the request of the customers. •\tCoordinate on Certificate of Origin application from Chamber of commerce at the request of the customers.•\tFacilitates and support on Letter of Credit / Bank guarantees/ Bonds process for orders when it is required. •\tCoordinate customers’ complaint to the Quality Assurance / warranty issue / Store and follow up with corrective actions. •\tEnsure billing on time and sending invoices to customers promptly.•\tProvides back-up support to commercial operation team members in the performance of job duties as required.

Qualifications for the role

\tDiploma/Degree qualification \tExcellent communication skills, very good at customer interaction, organisation and problem solving.\tMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Logistic and Administrative work & ERP knowledge (SAP SD modules would be at advantage).\tFamiliar with logistic flow, INCOTERMs.\tProficient with Microsoft Office applications; MS word, Excel, Power Point\tHighly systematic, flexible, organized and meticulous in work behaviour and procedure\tTeam player and multi-tasking abilities, possess initiative and able to work independently.
