The Opportunity
 

X-Rite is the global leader in color trends, science and technology, helping companies around the world achieve the highest level of color integrity on a vast array of products, packaging and branding.
 

Based anywhere in Germany and working 100% remotely as part of a small EMEA sales operations team, this position involves broad internal and external communication, active sales support and is critical to help our sales organization run effectively and drive greater growth.
 

Day to day, the jobholder will create and update sales reports (SalesForce.com, Power BI, XLS), follow up with customers on opportunities and purchase orders, update quotes, receive inbound customer calls, develop BI dashboards, update Master Purchase Agreements and dealer contracts and provide varied support to our Germany sales team.
 

In addition, there is the opportunity to proactively help optimize and improve internal commercial processes & tools and take ownership for other areas including EMEA fleet policy, marketing event support, translation reviews in German language and regional demo device management.

The Ideal Candidate

Results/sales oriented and highly customer focused, with experience in sales operations, customer care, order administration, or similar

Excellent interpersonal and written & verbal communication (fluent German and advanced English are mandatory)

Strong teamworking, planning & organizing skills, and good commercial awareness

Data focused (including strong Excel, BI reports and dashboards), detail oriented but also able to see the big picture

Comfortable to work independently in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
