As a Sales Manager , you will be doing direct sales and channel management, execute sales plan in the region. You will also define sales strategy for targeted clients.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create and deliver winning global strategies to grow our businessDeveloping regional sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customersBuilding excellent customer relationships and championing the voice of the customer within the organisationCommunicating and presenting technical information clearing and efficiently to senior business leaders and other stakeholders.Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science (Chemistry is preferred)Have a minimum of 15 years experience in Drilling and Completion FluidsHave atleast  5 years leadership experience.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Established project management skills.
