The EDI/B2B Support Analyst is an established performer who works to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of EDI/B2B solutions to empower our sales teams and drive business growth. This role will collaborate closely IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of EDI/B2B tools and platforms. **Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:** + Assist in the implementation and configuration of EDI/B2B solutions, including ERP systems, Integration tools, and sales automation platforms. + Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools. + Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategy and decision-making. + Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of EDI/B2B solutions. + Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives. + Work on projects and assignments as part EDI/B2B team. + Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and support troubleshooting. + Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or EDI/B2B knowledge to address business challenges. + Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned areas of supporting supply chain. + Perform other duties as needed. **Required Experience and Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in a related field. + 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. **Competencies:** + Demonstrates strong knowledge of process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards. + Highly analytical. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. + High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. + Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products. **Other Pertinent Job Information:** **_Disclaimer:_** _It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job._ We offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
