Sales Territory Manager
 

Overview:  Sells value added mobile hydraulic systems and parts, covering a wide variety of applications to achieve gross margin and sales goals set by the company.

Essential Responsibilities:

Grows sales of FORCE America products in assigned territory through prospecting of new customers and new applications with existing customers.Achieves sales and gross margin goals for the territory.Utilizes the FORCE Opportunity Identification model to ensure a healthy portfolio of customers.Builds and maintains a consultative relationship with customers, and is considered part of customer’s strategic team.Provides all regularly required reports and data.Provides all required data for participation in development of sales plans for assigned territory.Works collaboratively, and always in the best interest of FORCE America to support customer needs.Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Associate’s degree in Fluid Power or Mechatronics, bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of years of experience and education.2 years of experience with fluid power technology and the ability to build and communicate solutions that meet customer needs.Demonstrated skills that reflect consultative sales ability and ability to grow sales with new and existing customers.  3-5 years of consultative level OEM sales experience and a track record of sales growth in mobile fluid power preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills, and a strong sales aptitude.
