Sales Trainee

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Strong focus on the sales side of the business including the sales processes, orders, logistics, billing, etc. + Involvement in the operational side of the business including exposure to mining, processing, quality control, and shipping. + A solid understanding of the support departments including the functions that they perform and how they support the business. These include CCM, finance, and legal. + Complete various projects as assigned during the training program. Projects may be operational, sales or business development related.
