Successful candidate will undergo up to 1.5 years of traineeship in China that will train you in;

\n

 

\n

Initial 6 months of interesting and challenging programs that will build your strengths in the areas of

\n\nPresentation and communication technique\nCommercial training\nActual customer environment learning\nThinking process \nSpecialised technical skills capabilities\nSystems and Sales training\n\n

 Followed by 1 year of

\n\nWorking with actual clients, building up sales confidence and rapport with clients (based in China)\n\n

\n

Your profile

\n\nPossess a Degree in Electrical/Electronic.\nHave 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales.\nConversant with Mandarin (Written and Spoken), Mandarin speaking customers environment.\nGood with local (Indonesia) language and able to read and write in English. \nAble to relocate to China for a period of 1.5 years.\nGood in communication and team player.\nProactive and independent with creative and strong learning abilities\n
