Reports to: Branch Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Must be at least 18 years of age + Must be able to work an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday. + Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record + Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future) Preferred Qualifications: + Strong negotiation skills + Strong attention to detail and time management + Ability to solve complex problems + Customer service experience - 2 years + The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, has extensive customer service experience and the ability to impress and build relationships with customers Working Conditions: Conditions vary and will include warehouse, office and external environments. Activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office work may include sitting for extended periods. Responsibilities will include answering phones, sending and responding to emails, taking orders over the phone and in person, pulling orders, coordinating with customers and helping with paperwork. Will also be responsible for occasionally doing deliveries and picking up material from other locations. Will enjoy a regular schedule M-F with weekends off. Supervisory Responsibilities: No Essential Job Functions: + Learning all aspects of the CED business + Completing online trainings + On the job training + Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with customers + Driving sales through prompt responses to daily bid and quote requests, managing orders from start to finish, providing customers with solutions for technical, logistic and product issues + Building rapport with customers, coworkers and suppliers CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $15 to $22 hourly.
