**Requisition Number:** 189814 **Job Description** The Sales Training and Development Manager will enhance and execute the training and development needs of the Sales Organization. They will be responsible for creating new training content and programs, evaluating the effectiveness of existing training content and programs, and collaborating with the Regional Business Leaders, Product Line Leaders, Matrix Leaders, and the Service Leaders. They will improve upon training initiatives and materials to ensure that new hires and current partners are receiving a robust training curriculum focused on their growth and development in the First Aid and Safety Division. **Skills/Qualifications** Required + High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred + 2+ years of sales, training & presentation experience Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
