Sales Training Manager, Organ Health

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Training Manager, Organ Health creates and delivers clinical and sales training content for
multiple products in the Organ Health business unit. The incumbent develops excellent working
relationships with sales leadership and sales professionals to understand real time training gaps and
needs to address in sales training meetings such as New Hire Training (NHT) classes, Regional Sales
meetings, product or indication launch meetings and Global Sales Meetings (GSM).


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Lead exceptional onboarding experience for sales team new hires in the Organ
Health business unit.
● Develop and deliver highly engaging new hire sales training content, sales
training programs, and continuing education on all Organ Health products for a
growing commercial team.
● Partner with members of cross-functional teams to organize and execute live and
recorded educational content.  
● Dissect complex clinical literature to create key takeaways and contextual sales
process applications.
● Understand competitive market space and provide relevant content in rapidly
changing environments.
● Become proficient in the language and application of the Natera sales process.
● Master knowledge of sales tools and analytics platforms including Salesforce and
Qliksense.
● Create educational courses within the sales training platform, Showpad utilizing
PowerPoint and Google Slides accompanied by voice recorded content.  
● Spend time in the field with sales professionals to better understand the needs
and challenges of the sales force.
● Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

● Master's Degree or higher in medical or biological sciences is preferred.
● Minimum of 5 years related experience in the Laboratory Diagnostics Industry
(diagnostic sales or sales management, sales training, medical affairs, etc.) is
required.
● Knowledge of clinical applications and fundamental aspects of genetic testing is
preferred.
● Competency in the foundational dynamics of transplant medicine and renal
disease is preferred.
● Previous field experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
● Prior experience performing work in a Learning Management System (LMS)
preferred. 


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

● Technical understanding of Natera’s products and services.
● Advanced understanding of sales processes.
● Effective attention to detail, even when the task is time sensitive.
● Ability to solve problems, adapt to change and adjust to overcome challenges in a
timely, professional manner.
● Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in an organized fashion within a
fast-paced environment.
● Ability to work both independently and collaborate cross-functionally to ​meet
deadlines.
● Effective written and oral communication skills.
● Dynamic presenter and educator with a keen understanding of adult learning
principles.
● Strong proficiency in Google suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and applications
(Gmail, Gchat, GCalendar, etc)
● Proficient with or the ability to quickly adapt to programs like Zoom, Showpad,

● Knowledge of photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, and
Windows Snipping Tool. 


PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

● Duties are typically performed in a remote office setting.
● This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over
the telephone and read printed material.
● Due to team members working within multiple time zones as well as travel
commitments to and from off-site training meetings, duties may require working
outside normal working hours (early mornings, evenings and weekends) at times.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$10—$20 USD
