**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Design and implement strategy and training plans aligned with the Business.
+ Assess training needs for new and existing employees aligned with the regional/ country managers.
+ Proactively identify initiatives to upskill and reskill the commercial teams.
+ Develop, implement, conduct, measure and follow up comprehensive training solutions for Grifols Biopharma (affiliates and distributors) about products and sales and marketing skills.
+ Design and develop learning materials using different methodologies and tools to ensure the appropriate knowledge of participants.
+ Ensure constant update of training materials.
+ Develop educational content aligned with Medical Affairs and Marketing.
+ Coordinate and conduct onboarding trainings.
+ Deliver training for sales and marketing teams.
+ Implement training process and evaluation procedures, KPIs and measure results to ensure training effectiveness.
+ Track training results and manage reporting on training outcomes.
+ Provide feedback to program participants and management.
+ Responsible for the development of the technologies/platforms/tools upon the Commercial Learning & Development department
+ Evaluate and make recommendations on new technologies.
+ Ensure constant update of new technologies and methodologies.
+ Manage existing platform and learning tools.

+ University degree in Biology, Pharmacy or Medicine or similar preferable
+ Postgraduate Programs in Business, Marketing, Sales or Training, nice to have.
+ At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
+ Experience as sales or / and marketing specialist in pharmaceutical industry – nice to have.
+ Previous experience in training- nice to have.
+ Experience with new training methods like e-learning, blended learning etc. – nice to have.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Digital skills
+ Excellent language skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Italian, German or French, nice to have
