RideNow Powersports, a leader in the powersports industry, is searching for a motivated Sales Training Specialist to conduct sales training and development in our West Coast region. The Sales Training Specialist (STS) will be responsible for driving the retention and growth of employees through training the company's defined sales process. 

Responsibilities:

Work with the National Sales Director to develop, implement, and deliver training programs that support the company’s proven sales methodology. Conduct in-person Sales and Sales Management courses a minimum of 11 days a month within the West Coast Region (travel is required) Able to drive participation in a group environment Communicate and track training results to General Managers and the National Sales Director  Continuing education is required post-class with trainees, and sales management to ensure training is implemented. Participation in on and offsite sales events may be required
