Salesforce Admin/ Business Analyst
Description We are inviting a Salesforce Admin/ Business Analyst to join our team. Located in BALTIMORE, Maryland, we are a part of the Non-Profit industry. The Salesforce Admin/ Business Analyst will be responsible for providing Salesforce system support and maintenance, as well as business analysis. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Carry out system maintenance and configuration tasks such as user setup, roles, profiles, groups, permission sets, complex flows, and validation rules, custom objects, and fields. • Monitor site metrics, system performance, and user activity, and suggest system enhancements. • Perform evaluations of new releases and manage the rollout of new functionalities. • Audit data regularly to identify data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements. • Create complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of key business metrics. • Develop and deliver effective training modules and user guides. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements. • Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions that meet business requirements. • Provide expert advice on application solutions and support to business users in managing systems and process changes. • Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, and facilitate the testing of Salesforce rollouts. • Interact with third-party vendors and developers where appropriate. • Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative technologies to support business needs. • Develop subject matter expertise and capabilities across the business. Requirements • Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) • Experience with Epicor software • Knowledge of Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) • Ability to conduct AB Testing • Competence in Business Intelligence (BI) • Understanding of Business Process Functions • Capability to create Business Requirement Documents • Experience in Change Management • Proficiency in Salesforce Administration • Strong skills in Business Analysis • Experience in IT Project Management • Knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
