Salesforce Administration Specialist

ReSource Pro is seeking a Salesforce Administration Specialist who will be responsible for consistent and efficient reporting, forecasting, and dashboard campaign management within the Salesforce CRM system to support Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Business Development goals. This role will provide support to team members for effective utilization of the CRM, which documents ReSource Pro's strategic revenue success. This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade. In this role, you will... + Partner with other Salesforce team members to ensure all users are setup with the appropriate permissions and settings in Salesforce - licenses, profile, role, permission sets and other user settings + Contribute to the resolution of end user issues and other requests in cases, maintains status and details of issues throughout the issue's lifecycle; Coordinate with Salesforce team for priorities and assigning sprint work + Support end user testing for various Salesforce development projects and helps facilitate the rollout of new Salesforce features to the end users; Identify and consume information from manager to build dashboards, campaign targeting lists and other lists as needed to achieve department revenue goals + Provide administrative support to the Salesforce Administrator taking ownership of projects, scheduling meetings, creating project plans and roadmaps + Build reports, dashboards and list of views for all Business Development users; Develop reports to identify status of KPIs at the request of Business Development leadership + Import and export from Data loader, demand base de-duplications and lead conversions, and pull monthly and quarterly reports for the RevOps and Business Development + Update and/or create technical documentation of projects/processes + Review back-end of Salesforce for unsupported/obsolete flows, profiles, permission sets, and other areas of Salesforce + Communicate data integrity requirements to the team and demos to front-end trainer on system functionality and provides end-user support What You Need to be Successful... + Basic experience with Salesforce (understanding of how the platform can be used, navigation, report and dashboard building) + 1+ years' experience supporting a business development team + 3+ years' experience working with MS Office products (advanced Excel preferred) + 5+ years' experience working with varying personalities, changing demands in a sales-driven environment + Secondary education, four-year duration (Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Related Field) + English proficiency + Exemplary communication skills - (oral, written, and presentation) What you get... + Up to 24 vacation days + Fully covered 5 days of sick leave + Employee life insurance + Flexible work hours + FitPass + Presents for new parents + Referral bonus + Lunch in the office twice a month + Beverages and snacks in the office Your Interview Process... + Behavioral Interview with Talent Acquisition + Hiring Manager Interview + Final Interview + Criminal Background Screen + Offer Apply Now: To express your interest, please click "Apply Now" and share your resume and information about your talents and skills.
