Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…
As the Salesforce Administrator for the Key and Asset Management division of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, you will be responsible for optimising the business’ benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system and will be responsible for the scoping, development & roll-out of Salesforce communities across the group.
This role will form part of the Global Business Systems Team reporting to the Director of Global Business Systems, and will work closely with the divisional, regional, and business unit users as required.
What you will do…
This role will be responsible for setting best-practice policies to enable Key & Asset Management users to fully optimise the Salesforce CRM, rolling these out as each new region/country transitions to Salesforce and supporting the transition together with regional points of contact. The role will also lead Traka’s plan to launch Salesforce Communities as a resource and collaboration platform for our partners and customers.
Develop best-practice policies and procedures for Salesforce optimisation across multiple regions and rollout to all KAM regions/countries currently live. Support rollout of Salesforce into new regions/countries, alongside IT from a project management/IT deployment perspective. Ensure that once a new deployment is complete, regions/countries are fully trained and supported in optimising the CRM. Provide training to regions/countries along with training documentation and instructional videos. Review new release notes and technologies that would benefit the regions/countries. Act as the ‘gatekeeper’ to ensure data integrity is upheld within the Salesforce system. Ensure Salesforce is fully optimised, i.e., using advance admin rolling such as ‘process builder’, ‘flows’, ‘workflow rules’, using the Salesforce optimizer to ensure the system is running in optimal health, performing user provisioning, etc. Support regions/countries in the setup and maintenance of users based on roles, profiles, sharing rules and permission sets. Assist in handling day-to-day end user queries. Support future Salesforce integrations and rollouts, i.e., SAP.
What we expect of you…
You are a practical hands-on, self-motivated and trustworthy individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize different tasks. You will strive for world class performance, promoting innovation and teamwork.
5 years of Salesforce administrator experience, certified. Experienced in deployment and optimisation of both Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Communities in a high growth organisation. Exposure to Service Cloud and other Salesforce integrations, i.e., Marketo, SAP, etc. Strong computer skills with MS Office and an emphasis on MS Excel. Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills, including documentation (policies, procedures & training) and correspondence. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at developing robust working relationships with team members and customers.
