Job Description Responsibilities: + Manage and maintain Salesforce databases, including data cleansing, deduplication, and optimization + Configure and customize Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other business tools + Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and security settings + Develop and implement workflows, approval processes, and automation tools + Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights + Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems + Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary upgrades + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions + Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices Requirements: + College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field + Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (ADM-201) + 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator + Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities + Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components + Experience with data migration and integration tools + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications: + Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) + Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems + Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
