Salesforce Administrator

Insight Global is looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to our client's team in the St. Louis, MO area.This candidate will be deeply embedded with our business teams, working closely with Customer Care and Business Process teams to support new CRM processes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment effectively. Right now they are not using salesforce to its full capacity and are wanting to use it as their CRM as they do not have a current CRM. This person will be expected to manage Salesforce system configurations, including design and data migration, improve efficiency, manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows to meet business requirements, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tasks. This role will also entail building, running, distributing, and support in-depth dashboards, searches, and operational reports to provide insight into data needs for all team functions, manage user setup, roles, permissions, and ensure compliance with security policies, conduct regular audits, manage duplicate records, and implement data quality best practices. This role will be 2-3 days on site in St. Louis, MO.
