Description We are in search of a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, and will be required to leverage their expertise in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Lightning Platform, and Microsoft Excel. This role is within the IT industry and is a permanent position. Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform with precision and efficiency. • Utilize Salesforce Lightning Platform to optimize our business processes and user experience. • Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports. • Employ knowledge in Cisco Technologies to ensure seamless integration with our Salesforce platform. • Utilize Cloud Technologies to manage and store Salesforce data securely. • Apply Dell Technologies to enhance our hardware infrastructure supporting Salesforce. • Use Backup Technologies to protect our Salesforce data and ensure business continuity. • Perform Cluster Analysis to identify patterns in our Salesforce data and drive business decisions.
