As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be the technical expert on the Salesforce platform, leveraging the latest features and technologies to craft innovative solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that showcase the art of the possible with Salesforce and IBM technologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Development: * Design and develop innovative Salesforce solutions that meet customer needs and showcase the art of the possible. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for growth. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including the latest features and technologies. 2. Demo and Proof of Concept Development: * Create compelling demos and proof of concepts that showcase the value of Salesforce and IBM technologies. * Develop and deliver customized demos that meet the specific needs of customers and prospects. * Collaborate with sales teams to ensure demos are aligned with customer needs and sales strategies. 3. Technical Expertise: * Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including the latest features and technologies. * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce and IBM technologies, including new features, products, and innovations. * Provide technical guidance and support to sales, marketing, and product teams on Salesforce and IBM technologies. 4. Customer Engagement: * Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth. * Develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and showcase the value of Salesforce and IBM technologies. * Provide technical guidance and support to customers on Salesforce and IBM technologies. 5. Sales Support: * Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver sales strategies and tactics. * Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams on Salesforce and IBM technologies. * Develop and deliver customized sales materials, including demos, proof of concepts, and sales sheets. This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US. **Required technical and professional expertise** 1. Core Salesforce Certifications: * Salesforce Platform Developer certification * Salesforce Administrator certification * Salesforce AI Associate or Specialist certification 2. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. * Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP. * Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, including data architecture and data governance. * Experience with Salesforce integration technologies, including MuleSoft and Jitterbit. 3. IBM Technologies: * Experience with IBM technologies, including Watson, Cloud, and AI. * Knowledge of IBM integration technologies, including API Connect and App Connect. 4. Soft Skills: * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. **Preferred technical and professional experience** 1. Additional Salesforce Certifications: * Salesforce Developer certification * Salesforce Technical Architect certification 2. Cloud and AI Experience: * Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. * Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies, including TensorFlow and PyTorch. 3. Industry Experience: * Experience working in the financial services, healthcare, or retail industries.
