Job Purpose:
The Salesforce Architect designs, implements, and optimizes the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing and refining solutions that align with business needs, while also ensuring best practices in platform customization and integration.
Salary: $109,600- $140, 200 Depending on position qualifications, job related skills and experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
The Role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the full software development lifecycle, including development of new code, build and deploy, and bug fixes.
Work closely with customers and team members to understand and document business and/or technical requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions.
Lead the architectural design of scalable Salesforce solutions, including system integrations and data migration strategies.
Produce recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Responsible for participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations.
Utilize experience in systems analysis, design, and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
Provide guidance on application development and customization in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders and team members, offering expertise in Salesforce best practices, security, and scalability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Monitor Salesforce performance and provide solutions for optimization.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Experience
Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of programming/systems analysis experience
2+ years of Salesforce development experience, specifically with the Salesforce B2B Commerce managed package
2+ years of Java development experience
2+ years of systems integration experience
Skills & Abilities
Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components
Familiarity with SDLC and CI/CD tools, repo, branching and deployment
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to work as a project team member or occasionally as a project lead and coach technical staff as appropriate
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and communication skills.
