Job Description Insight Global is seeking Salesforce Architect to join the IT Applications Excellence/Salesforce CRM & Brand Team. you will be responsible for owning the integrity and quality of our Salesforce solutions. Youll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and business partners and recommending the best solution for given set of requirements, including identifying the trade-offs involved with implementing one solution over another. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and possess solid communication skills to articulate your recommendations and solutions and gain acceptance from IT and business stakeholders. Other day to day activities will include the following:  Own the design of the Salesforce for Sales, Service, Experience and Commerce platforms  Develop and/or author technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations  Review solutions and recommend improvements and optimizations consistent with best practices  Produce and assess high level designs with appropriate justifications  Establish and propagate best practices on solution design and delivery  Collaborate with colleagues and business partners/stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements  Translate functional requirements into Salesforce features and functionality  Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in partnership with Salesforce Product Managers; collaborate on implementation roadmaps We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5+ Years of technical experience with Salesforce  3+ Years of experience as a Technical Architect  Experience with different Salesforce modules:  Sales Cloud  Service Cloud  Experience Cloud  Able to drive solutions, implement best practices, and drive new enhancements & features for the Salesforce platform.
