Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite Pay: $65-70/hour Contract Length: 6-12 months **NOTE: All candidates MUST be able to work on an Experis W2, we cannot work with C2C candidates or third parties** **Skills & Experience:** + 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. + Investment Banking or Financial Services experience preferred. + Proven experience in leading projects from conception to deployment. + Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and proficiency in JIRA. + SQL and data querying skills. + Ability to work cross-functionally between business and IT teams. + Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders. + Strong multitasking and team collaboration abilities.
