Kforce has a client in Draper, UT that is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst. This is a fully remote contract role - US based. Summary: As a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA), you will be part of a team responsible for delivering Salesforce.com solutions that support the development of new and existing program functionality that drives Sales and transforms Service delivery within our organization. As a BA, you will work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to elicit and analyze their requirements. You will be responsible for the management of complex multi-disciplined CRM projects. This role will be working alongside Solution Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions. Duties: * Salesforce Business Analyst will gather, define, and document requirements * Work closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders, understand the outcomes, define, and document requirements * Work alongside Solution and technical architects to develop functional specifications documentation and use cases * Consult, document, and maintain operational process flows * As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will collaborate with Development, Config, and QA teams * Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions while driving for OOTB solutions on Salesforce.com platform * Review technical solutions for compliance with business processes and objectives * Plan, prioritize, and deliver systems enhancements
