Job Summary
We are looking for Salesforce Technical Business Analyst with 12+ years of IT Experience 8+ years of Salesforce Industry experience 4+ years of experience in Healthcare domains.
ResponsibilitiesHands on experience of Sales and Service clouds. Knowledge of Financial Service Cloud would be a plus.
Job Responsibilities Develop detailed Level 3 process maps for each business function Document detailed business stories (business requirements in form of user stories) including Acceptance Criteria. Handover the US to Functional SME for incorporation into design and build in Salesforce Responsible for getting signoff for completed US Manage show and tell sessions with Business/PO and capture feedback. User story/backlog to be prioritized and bucketed based on Business Team/PO. Review Epic US provided by Business/PO/ BA. Work with technical managers architects and other stakeholders in capturing salesforce requirements and driving team to implement the salesforce functional solutions. Responsible for preparing Groomed US for development.
