As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Lennar, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our CRM systems for our sales associates. Your focus will be on ensuring sprint teams are well focused and prepared for upcoming sprints, measuring team value and savings, managing product metrics, and assisting the Product Manager with various tasks, including pre-deployment validation and testing.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Ability to write functional user stories based on product manager and business stakeholder objectives
Lead agile ceremonies and conduct daily scrum meetings
Ability to oversee feature refinement sessions
Measure value and savings through user-related product metrics
Assist the Product Manager with pre-deployment validation/testing.
Support miscellaneous tasks such as helping with demos and managing the backlog/writing stories as needed.
Translate business needs to technical teams and communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders.
Provide input to the Product Manager on the product roadmap.
Assist with user research and story writing.
Perform quality assurance tasks.
Support change management functions to ensure successful product implementation.
Collaborate with the product team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and potential cost savings.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business
You are metric-focused and can help the business make better decisions based on data.
You are familiar with working on product teams and can explain the benefits of a product-centric approach to non-product stakeholders.
You have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar platforms.
You have experience in process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, process design, methods development, performance standards & metrics development, and ROI analysis.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are proactive and detail oriented.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator.

We are a hybrid product team, expanding our physical presence in Miami, Dallas, and Bentonville.
You’ll report directly to our Senior Manager of Product and will work closely to develop a vision for your specific product area.
