Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description

The team aims to bridge the gap between their customer success and sales teams. This role will primarily work within Salesforce, focusing on reporting and data management to support the sales and customer success teams.

ResponsibilitiesReport on open sales opportunities in Salesforce.Generate custom dashboards and reports.Assist with task and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.Collaborate with the sales team to request missing information that needs to be inputted in Salesforce.Build out resources in Salesforce for the customer success and sales teams.Coordinate with the sales director to determine important reporting capabilities.Perform data cleanup in Salesforce, including removing duplicate contacts and cleaning up accounts.Track term numbers, onboarding efforts, and quote-to-cash statistics for the sales team.Generate reports to send to stakeholders.Essential SkillsSalesforce Administration certification.6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.Experience with reporting in Salesforce and building out dashboards and reports.Experience in operations analytics.Ability to collect data and present it in a consumable way.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other teams.Ability to work independently.Additional Skills & QualificationsAdvanced Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.Experience delivering portfolios to stakeholders.Work Environment

The position will be based in an office setting, working 5 days a week. The dress code is business casual. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.85
