Join a fast-growing business in a newly created role as a Salesforce and Business Data Analyst, where you'll ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data within Salesforce (AvSight). Collaborate with various teams to uphold data governance and drive continuous improvement in data management. Your work will play a crucial role in commercial analysis and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to maintain data governance and improve data management processes.
Ensure Salesforce data is accurate, complete, and high-quality for commercial analysis.
Gather reporting requirements and provide recurring and ad hoc reports to the sales team.
Monitor data accuracy through regular audits and data cleansing.
Develop and maintain best practices for data management policies and procedures.
Train and support users on Salesforce data management best practices.
Address data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Use BI tools and reporting databases to derive insights for decision-making.
Identify business challenges using in-depth knowledge of sales and business processes.
Deliver timely reports and analyses to internal customers.
Build and maintain accurate reports and live dashboards.
Maintain report folders for easy access.
Build and maintain system flows and automation.
Serve as the overall system administrator.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Accredited four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
2+ years of experience supporting and managing Salesforce development for Sales and/or Service Cloud.
Basic understanding of the Aerospace industry is preferred, with a willingness to learn.
Experience in developing business processes, working in a matrix organization, and leading projects.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Effective prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple projects.
Experience with Accounting Seed is a plus.
Lead projects such as integrations (website, IT, etc.).
Handle additional projects as required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
