Job Description:

Position Overview:

Contracts Negotiation and Prep Tool (CNPT) is a custom web application used by field Sales to enable pricing analysis, generate quotes, submit them for approval and print approved contracts. CNPT app uses Java as front end and Oracle database. This system requires significant enhancements to enable new features and integrate it with Salesforce.com CRM system.

Contracts Business Systems Analyst will serve as key IT partner to deliver IT solutions for contracts and compliance custom web application and Salesforce.com integration using onshore / offshore delivery model. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead workshops to drive detailed contracts / pricing analysis business requirements elicitation, map business process,  data flows and document business requirements and specifications.Facilitate technical analysis to support translation of business requirements into technical requirements.Deliver weekly status report to IT and Business stakeholders.Proactively communicate project status, budget, issues and risks to IT Manager and stakeholders.Collaborate with offshore delivery team to facilitate systems design, plan and execute systems testing for custom web application development and Salesforce.com integration.

Demonstrate teamwork, ability to manage multiple priorities, and operate with poise and professionalism in a matrixed and rapidly changing environment.Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Required Skills:

At least two project implementation experience with custom contracts / pricing analysis tool or Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools.Prior Web applications and Web Service integration  project experience.Experience with MindManager, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Project.Salesforce.com experience for 5 years.Proven track record in planning and executing requirements gathering, systems testing and super user training on large scale enterprise projects for Sales and Marketing.Project leadership experience delivering small to medium size projects from concept through delivery using onshore-offshore delivery model.Overall 9 years’ of experience.Skills
